
Selection criteria
Must be 30 years of age or younger. The following may apply for the grant: a journalist working in images with a report project to be published on the Internet; a video artist with a very short film project to be broadcast over the Internet; a writer with a writing project specifically for the Internet; a webmaster wishing to create an entertaining, artistic, informational or journalistic website; or a computer graphics artist with a digital image project (still or animated).
